baby nt drinking on schedule causing me engorgemt

sometimes, my one mth old sleep for 4 - 5 hours and my breast gets so full but i'm afraid once i pump, what if she wakes up hungry?

i had experienced pumping right before feeding and she would cry and wanna latch on every hour.. probably not full yet cause i've pump it out.. so now i'd pump after feeding..

what to do if baby doesnt wake up for feeding? do u wake her up? or dont care just pump out..

For me I will pump aft feed. And after a few days you will realise she has a sleeping pattern. Like my boy in the morning he don't want milk he's awake but reject milk or just suckle only then I will pump. If not 3 hours alrdy she still sleeping you can pump. But if within an hour she wakes up to drink just feed but your supply will def increase. I used to do that and had over supply.

If not you can dream feed her a bit then pump. At least you fill her tummy a bit.

I did in my situation i only carry her, and i let her feed, then i will not pump on..

Just don't pump, maybe she is hungry when she wake up. Its okay to let her wake up, that's what i do.
