Hahaha not really exercises lah, just to lie down on ur bed with ur head n chest on ur bed and butt in the air for few mins each day. not so much movement, and it acheli made me feel a bit lighter and better instead of lying down normally.. hehelovepixie:713962 said:Hi Fandton,
