Bonus: Worse den last yr?

Bcos mine is govt job ma.. * i m a regular* so, my pay plus bonus is out.. It's my 1st full time job and 1st time getting bonus...

Heard that govt job not only cut bonus even pay also kenna cut! Is that true? :err:

Just hope my company will at least give me AWS no variable bonus i still don't mind, if AWS also don't have, i really will faint!!! :we2Randy-git:

AIYO better than nothing la....most companies the most give AWS, yours still got additional half mth bonus good liao lor.

Maybe you have been taking good variable bonuses??

My boss already annouce this year only gt 1/3 AWS as for variable bonus think very hard liao :eek:10:, worse part is he say MAYBE after CNY got to cut our pay!!! :we2arghh:
