I'm also not a mummy though, lol.
Btw, some of the applicants had received the AHG approval letter
& those who are not eligible for AHG had already went down to sign the agreement lease earlier :)
I am also waiting for my AHG letter though
How about you? :D
This project was a little held up because of the tender bid.
So hope all mummies here who applied for Segar Grove are receiving their AHG/Appointment dates! :D

Oh. I shld expect my AHG/Appt dates soon. Btw, wasn't aware that this project was a little held up. Where do i find out any info on this? thanks!

I called up the CSM in charge of segar grove bto :)
Also updates from other forum.
Haha. Was quite gan cheong over this though.
Ya ya, can expect the AHG n appt dates in yr letterbox! :)

the tender winner is out.. HDB InfoWEB: Tender Result for Tender Notice No. 10DP024 : PART A: BUILDING WORKS AT BUKIT PANJANG NEIGHBOURHOOD 4 CONTRACT 14 (TOTAL 528 DWELLING UNITS) PART B: CONTINGENCY WORKS

but i had yet received any letter at all..
Call the CSM last week say my AHG still going checks nw a week le, still no news at all..

Hi, im new here.
Just sign my LOA on Wed and saw Segar Grove had 2 cranes and etc there to start piling.:Dancing_tongue:
