Can feed rice to a 13mth toddler?

need some advice..can we feed abit of rice to a 13 mth toddler?

So long as its not too hard i supposed, cos my son eats anything and everything. Up to each individuals i guess. FOr me, my son prefer rice.

Yes u can don't make the rice too hard. I started to feed my gals at 10mths...
