when i bought my 5rm re-sale flat at bukit panjang area five years ago, lucky me dont have any COV to fork out! cost abt 327K after deducting the grant :001_302: we're the second owner... now i'm thinking of shifting to woodlands area... so scared if the seller ask for high COV! *gulp* :nah:

Walking distance. 5 mins aways from Braddell mrt and near wet market. 10 mins away from CHIJ school.
actually she can sell better price than 290k lor since it is toa payoh which is consider as near town estate sumore near mrt~

u getting 3rm or 4rm?? If is 4rm then mayb possible plus depend on ur budget for the flat u getting loan~ If 3rm i dun tink possible coz 3rm r mostly over 10yrs near pioneer mrt...the reason i quite sure is bcoz i aso been looking flat ard tat area last mth :tlaugh:

in 2006 look for resale exec apt in pasir ris area, alot of owners offer 20k-50k cash to buy their flat at valuation!
