look out the newspapers or call the travel agent. And my suggestion - get the cabin with window, at least, get to see sunlight. If i have the latest price, will update you, may pass by a travel agent later today.:tkaboom:

There are 2 other cruise routes. if you want to know them, just let me know.

would love to go for a cruise... and relax... and chill out. But going with three kids is a very expensive proposition. So I doubt we'll be going for one anytime soon.

Ya lor, going with 3 kids is indeed very expensive. But you can sign them up for the Star Kids whereby they are cruise for free (just once) and need to pay the seaport tax too. Don't forget 4 persons in a cabin hor, regardless children or elderly. They go by headcount.

I also brought my 3 kids there, including my 6mth old baby then. No choice, got to bring the maid along too. Otherwise, half the time I will be babysitting the children instead of enjoying the cruise.

Star kids joining fee is $10. Actually I find it not worth to join star kids. Star kids cruise for free only for full price cruises. Those 1 for 1 cruise (50% discount), star kids pay the same as adult, which is actually a better deal if you do the maths. For kids, just get the cheapest inside stateroom, they don't know how to appreciate balcony or sea view anyway.

There is a child care centre, $8 an hour. I put my kids there for 1 hour everyday and they enjoy it very much. Then my mother and I can go casino :)

Hi Pink Lady,

I am a first time mummy and intends to bring my 7m old girl to superstar virgo. This is her maiden trip and I am concerned about the hygience, facilites and stableness of the ship. I have been on board before but I need your advice like what stuff to bring along and things like how did you sterilise your bottles and bath your 6m old baby? Is the cruise safe for the baby? Did you also bring the basic medicine for him/her.

Pls advise if you can.

Thanks so much.

Regards,
Jenn

You need to bring along all medication eg for sea sickness (since this is baby 1st time onboard), fever med, etc. Best you get these med from ur PD or family doc since your baby is young. The ship is stable so no worries. For kids that young not much activities for them.

no fridge is available in the room but they do have puree for baby available for free at some restaurants/cafe (ask the staff). You can sterilize with hot water just like the traditional ways so no worries.
