oh... all the above mentioned snacks not very healty for office mummy like us hor...!
Suggestion to get those like organic nuts or dried fruits, non-salted, non-flakes type. I do like black choc that very very less sweet, japan green tea/brown rice tea, manuka honey, apple cider with honey, etc.
i snack on everything.
bread, cookies, biscuits, chocs, candies, pastries.
n must always hv iced tea!

I snack around the clock too...like chocolate cookies, Kinder Bueno, Tim Tam, ruffles, M&M. Mostly chocolate....I need to snack, if not, my engine will stop.
lately in new ofc dun dare to snack too much. scared put on weight neh.
but ytd FH bought me ALOT of snacks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
but today forget to bring to ofc.
