Depends very much on how much downpayment you paid and the price of the unit you purchased.
My cousin staying at La Casa (EC @ Woodlands) and she's paying $2.2k monthly for installment. Happen to know cos she was overseas and forgot to issue cheque, ask me to help her pay first cos don't wanna incur late charges). I'm not too sure how much deposit they paid but theirs is a mid floor unit, 3+1 bedrooms. I assume her downpayment should be quite alot cos they sold off 2 units (hers and her mum's) when they got the keys to their EC.
For private condo, I was looking at Kovan Residences 3+1 bedroom unit. Worked out the installment to be $3.5k monthly with fixed interest rates from bank, with minimum downpayment.
