Then I wonder when I am fully off confinement? Got 3/4, 1/4 confinement anot. She give in alot to me. But still I dun understand why must we do this!

Hmm, think u prob walk too much. Try to lie down n rest more. The last time I also experience some sharp pain even after 2 weeks. This time I just rest whenever I can. So far still ok.
By the way, any of u do Jamu massage after delivery? I'm starting this Thu, 2 weeks after delivery.. Afraid the result wun be as good. But anyway, my muscles are tired n aching, even if slimming no result at least I still get some kneading done.
