lingerbell, if you are really worried, see head circumference. Mine at 31.5 weeks is 6.8cm(if i recall correctly). My guess is your gynae will alert you when the baby's head is somewhat near 10cm. I've heard of 4kg babies delivering through natural so don't worry. The weight is only an estimatation.

Hee.... yup soon.. still got 6 ~ 8 weeks to go.... counting down...ancing_wub: me still got some things have not buy... bath tub...& diapers & FM.... so maybe later part then buy when date nearer.. clothes all that i already bought.. so no need anymore... i dont't wanna get so many clothes cause scare over grown very fast...:err: yup.. me feel heavy already.. feet will feel tired if i walk too long.... & also having BH this few days.... so a bit painful... sometime sleepless night.... :embarrassed: so a bit tired... but hanging on... can't wait to hold my boy in my arm....ancing_tongue: my boy is a bit too heavy.. but not that much... so is ok.. just need to control...

I left baby cot, stoller, car seat and baby chair. baby cot can buy from mother care and the rest i will get from Combi distributor. And 1 more set just born baby clothing. I will only get 6pcs short and 6pcs long one piece for just born and 0-3 months. me also scare buy too much waste money and I can do the laundry everyday (washing machine of course:001_302. And also left bathing and medical stuffs ...then I think that all. Ah! steamer for milk bottle and milk pump (I still don't know whether I can produce breast milk or not) By when you will know whether you need the milk pump huh? I have also bought the milk bottle and water bottle, what else I need?

My tummy so heavy untill I have serious backache. I already sign up yoga class this Thursday start. Hope it helps. I also signed up the Aqual Fitness at KK last Sat 1st lesson. Quite good.

Will you send you baby to swimming after 3 months? I thought of sending him around 3 months old. And you will take care of your baby? or send him to infant care?

As for the breast pump.... u might wanna get it first or u can get it when u deliver when discharge just go downstair the shop & buy it... cause if u r really into BF... our breast will got engorment... it will be very painful if u never pump it out.. sometime can be painful till can't sleep...( Can u imagine in the middle of the night when the engorment come?? where r u going to find a shop that sell it??:err: cause if u don't pump out sometime it will cause fever also... so better to be save... ) even if u don't really use that much.. u can sell in as second hand or pass to a frenz....:001_302:

ya as for the newborn clothes i also never buy much.. cause if not will be wasted.. i might be bring him to swimming when i think my boy is 3 mths onwards... i might go find a job after my confindment... if i can't get a job i will take care till he is a bit bigger then i send him to childcare....

The admission staff shown me that the medi claim is $2100.

If only B1 is 2 bedded, I wld book it without any hesitation. yup its all deducted under medisave.. Im delivering in Kandang Kerbau Hospital too... if in your case, you have a particular gynae which you see all the time, you cant choose B2+.B2 OR C WARDS. you got to have a higher class ward then...FYI,
B2+ = 5 BEDDED, ATTACHED BATHRM, AIR CON BUT NO TV.
B = 6 BEDDED, NON AIR CON, BATHRM IS OUTSIDE THE WARD... NO TV
C = IS AN OPEN WARD... NON AIR CON

hehe my eldest child was also under a specialist but too bad on my delivery day, she cant make it to attend me... i wanted a female doctor so much but end up a male doctor did eveything.. so much for all the paiseh-ness..
so when i was pregnant with my second, i just dont care male or female doc as long im able to deliver safely.

Cnt remember my baby head circumference, will chk with my gynae on my next visit. Even though the head circumference is small but if baby head doesn't engage to the birth canal then will stil have to resort to c-sect experienced by my friend.

I'm a bit kaisu type, also booked confinemnet lady ($1,900), massage lady after give birth (5 days $250.00). I don't like "last min". :001_302:
So have you signed any package yet? You will go normal delivery or C section? If possible, I will go for normal delivery. You will get recover faster I heard.

- Any other services

The above charges are subjected to usage, if not, can still get back sum of the deposit-I hope. However, if baby had medical conditions that needed to have further tests, the charges will be based on A1 rate.




Hi princessess, is yrs at kk too? The bills are all deducted under medisave therefore you paid nothing in cash? Pls enlighten me. Hw is B2 or B2+ ward like, the difference? I did not want B2 & B2+ cos my gynae will not be there to assist in my delivery and there will be other docs or trainee docs instead, I'm concerned with others peeking, poking ' dw' my peeves.

hehe... yup save money... usually 1st child u dont feel the pinch. but subsequently, 1,2,3 or more , you will try to save and budget more... thats natural....

btw, for baby bonus, once u register the child's name, u will automaticly get the form for baby bonus n cda. it can be done soon at the hospital provided u've got the documents ready.... by 3rd week of birth i think, the cash bonus will be credited into yr acct... for cda, u got to choose which banks u want then filled up the forms and submit at kkh too or mail it to the mcys...

Yup i think better to get one.... :001_302: i going to find a job after my confindment.. hopefull i will be starting work soon.... cause i'm sending my boy to infant care also... in order to get a subsidy i must be a working mum...:embarrassed: so was scare that i won't be in time for a job... yup i also booked my post - natal massage already.. as for the confindment... my mum will be helping me...:001_302: my next visit to my gynae will be include talking abt the package also.. i will opt for normal delivery.. cause baby head is already down & also yup it will heal faster.. normal delivery u can start ur post-natal massage faster in order to slim down....ancing_wub:
