I was oso having low placenta during my w20 scan but gynae said it was ok as it will move up later on. Actually b4 d scan my mum ade commented it to b slightly low. Observed tat it has moved higher recently. My tummy oso moved up til below breast level, hv to sit straight nowadays as slight slouching will feel uncomfortable touching d tummy... Sometimes really wondering wats bb doing inside. She now gives me d massage chair sensation, not sure how to describe it though. Anyone feeling d same? When I'm at home n feel her kicking, will try to peep by lifting my blouse or trying to take video of it but never successful yet. Seems like she will no tat she is being watched n stopped temporary. But as soon as I cover wif my blouse she will start kicking hard again. Can she really read my mind or being shy?

Btw anyone gg for caesarean or all on natural?

Teen09, MsSaggi, mhjt and Wan81 :

Me too... I got slightly low placenta during 20weeks scanning. But when my gynae explained the report to me and he mentioned it is very normal (as long as not bleeding) and eventually the placenta will move up itself slowly when the pregnancy progresses. Keep my fingers crossed :001_302:

Also, the growth of bb after 20weeks look very different for me. My bb bump started to expand the space upward till beneath my breast.. Sometimes could cause slightly breathless..

Nowadays, my bb likes to punch me whenever I see MacDonald, JapFood and sitting down reading literature.. The movement feel so real.. Sometimes I was thinking how does he look like when he is born? :001_302:

Anyway looking forward to next Saturday gynae visit (24weeks) - missing him soooooo much! :001_302:

I would love to deliver natural. But will have to see what happens, the baby size and position, the placenta position.

Dont worry, Teens09. Have a good rest tonight and seek gynae's advise tomorrow. Hopefully everything is fine.

my sister has lower placenta so on/off bleeding. My gynae said lower placenta will slowly move up eventually and advised me not too worry too much..

Do you girls still experience people not giving up their seats for you?

I've had plenty, and from the looks of it, mostly locals from the young adult to mid adult.

What do you do when this happens? And you actually need the seat.

Perhaps baby bump is not so obvious and most of the people purposely ignore it.. My colleague told me it is norm in sg that ppl will only give up their seat when bb bump really really obvious...:embarrassed:

If I were in that situation, then I will purposely hint the ppl by keep touching my baby bump and tell them I need the seat.. (dun know work or not)

Anyway, I am blessed enough as hubby is giving me to drive his car even before expecting :shyxxx:

Cagnes, how big is your baby during 20weeks scanning and how much weight you gain so far?

I hope to go for all natural but like the rest depend on bb size.

For seats, I m usually quite lucky to take train in not soo peak timing but I have seen a couple of times pregnant mummys say 'excuse me' and people will give up the seat.

Most of the mummies prefer natural delivery.

But the Natural delivery means you prefer to without or with epidural? :001_302:

In the beginning, I was all for natural with epidural. But since speaking to some mothers, including my own mom, she mentioned she didnt even opt for epidural. All natural!

So I am thinking of doing natural without epidural.

Haha... your bb is heavier than mine during 20weeks scanning :001_302: Mine one only 316g. The sonographer say normal..

I have gained 4kg so far (23 weeks) but the baby bump already very obvious.. My hubby always tease me like "blow fish"... haha..

But my gynae also advise me to take lesser carbohydrates like rice, potato, spahagetti etc.. but more in wholemeal types.. LOL :001_302:
