just make hard boil egg n feed the egg yolk directly?
or mix into porridge?
or beat the egg yolk n make scramble eggs (can add in a bit of milk).

hi, my dear daughter is 8 months now..
thinking to let her try egg yolk..
any egg yolk recipes to share?
thanks
Hi, usually I will mash the hard-boiled egg yolk and mix into the porridge or cereal. Or mix the mashed egg yolk with milk, you can add abit of sugar if your baby doesn't quite like the egg yolk taste. Always use hard-boiled egg yolk as half cooked is not recommended for young babies.

Yes agree with jo mum, I also give hard boiled egg to my son mix it with porridge or cereals, but mash the egg yolk first before putting it to the porridge or cereal

Maybe in the beginning, just keep it simple by adding it (hard boiled) into foods like cereal, porridge or purees. When baby is older, then you can play around with egg yolks by making it into biscuits/crackers, omelette (with spinach/other veg is yum!) and so forth.
