First time mum-to-be need advise

I didn't take up their package @TPS too cos was comtemplating shd I sign up. When I wanted to, they have implement Antenatal FAST Scheme. So right now, I pay by per visit.
Any mummies have given birth there recently? My EDD is next month. Do KKH give goodies bag like other hospital? Do I have to bring my own binder?

Congratulations! I gave birth at TMC n my gyne has a clinic at Balestier Plaza. Dr Teo Siak Pheng he oni go to this 2 hospitals TMC n Mount Alvernia his package reasonable n best of all he's patient, nice n careful. I start to c a gyne when i found myself menses was late, test kit positive.
I can understand ur feelings excited n nervous...........

Agree,
bone built-up may need the calcium,
but the quallity is so small and can't be zero!

I am yet to be a mom, but just out of curiousity - when is the best time to check for pregnancy leh after TTC when 1st period of menses is due but late by 7 days?
Besides taking calcium + folic acid + Vitamin C. Is there anything else that we can do to have a healthy body to prevent morning sickness which is quite common nowadays among ladies.
Hope to seek for advise.
