Oh! Currently my son is not sleeping on any pillow...I dont have nursing pillow too. Will stack up a few folded cloth nappy works?

yes can.. as long as u make it like what another mummy said: a 'slope', will do. as long as dont use those small or dimple pillow will do. the purpose is just to tilt the baby up. =)
