How do u quit breastfeeding?

i just let it flow out naturally and ocasionally pump when i feel pain. The milk stop producing after a few days.

my auntie suggests me to eat ku chay (the long veggie) but I havent try it as i'm planning to stop bf when my dd is 18mons (now15mons) so can't give any comment.

she said just eat it for few days and the milk will drop and stop producing...she use this method twice. :wink:
