the referrer is for existing members to introduce their friends and colleagues and acquaintances to register as mummysg member to join in the big family of mummies and daddies.

so when the new members whom you referred to decides to join, as they register there is a box to tick as "who referred you to mummysg" and the most referrals a member make will appear under the TOP REFERRERS in the mummysg forum page, same as the Top Posters/Top Reputation page.

thats basically an overall idea of how to be a referrer.
