How to make Ikan bilis powder??

It's called 'yin yu' in chinese.

It's natural sea salt, so will be salty. But I normally rinse in distilled water to get rid of excess salt.

Thanks. How many times do you rinse it usually? And how do you prepare this fresh silver fish to become the powder?

Like what annie asked, is the salt content harmful for bb?

PS. Btw, thanks for arranging for the BP of the DVDs. Didn't have time to chat with you when i picked up the DVDs at Vivo that day coz hubby was waiting in the car park... :)
