How to send baby photo for inclusion in the running ticker/banner on portal homepage?

Hi, i am not sure if this is the right place to post this but i would like to find out how to get my baby's photo included in the running banner at the top of the homepage. i emailed the admin but haven't got a reply. Hope other member mummies can enlighten me. =)
