Is your body hot?

I've been feeling the heat too...especially at night or after a meal..
Nowadays I end up sleeping without my top, eventhough I have the fan blasting at me and I can sleep comfortably..except for the occasional out of breath kinda feeling or tighness in the tummy..

usually i like take warm showers, now i shower 3-4 a day with cold water~!! too hot.. after shower cum out sit in aircon room, try to have less movements if not sooo hott...

this sudden 'hotness' causes me to have runny nose :embarrassed: cos i on the aircon up to 18degree which maybe my body is not used to.. but can't help it it's either i choose to be sweaty or runny nose.. sigh..

Do take care... and recover soon...not too good to have running nose...if serious have to take medicine not so good....

Hope you can get over thsi 'hot' period soon!
