Mummies/mtbs,
I am currently in my 17th wks of pregnancy and started to walk (very slowly) on the treadmill for 20mins each time. With a speed reading of 3.5 and incline level of 0.5.
Any objections or comment on this?
I hope simple exercise like walking is safe and good to do :red:
