Leaking Breast-milk! HELP pls!

Hello mummies! I've just started breast-feeding few days ago and milk supply is quite good right now. But I've got a problem.. breast-milk's been leaking and is making my shirt wet. I don't wanna wear bra and breast-pads as I'm under confinement now and don't wanna be too uncomfortable.

I'm wondering if it's ok to let it just leak like this? Will it cause any infection or anything?

try to pump the milk out every 2hrs.

i have the same problem too, as no choice i wearing breast pad but not wearing bra just stick the breast pad on to the clothes.. i pump out milk every 2hr but still didnt help once my girl cry milk leak out again even i just pump...

Maybe you can try to wear those breasts shells but it's quite uncomfy too..

i also don like to wear bra.. wat i did is, fold a cloth napkin n layer it under my tshirt lo.. or some mommies will juz stick the breastpad to the tshirt.. ahha.. won infection or anything la.. natural bm mask leh.. lol.. jking..

but if keep leaking, whole shirt wet wet, gotta keep changing leh.. troublesome right? n dried bm, got a irky smell.. so ur tshirt soaked with bm n dries up got a wierd smell.. haha..

its ok babe....nursing bras are as absorbant as breast pads...lols....yeah, las time my t-shirt always wet....but its unsightly la...two patches there....
