Really impressed with the results that u all obtained so far !!

Can I hv Dr John's Clinic details (address & tel), thinking of gng to see him as well. May I know any side effect for Medixal (white colour pill that u all hv mentioned) ?

i tink the side effects r mentioned b4 in tis thread so do go thru n u will knw n as for the addy, u type dr john chiam at google u will find his addy already. btw his clinic is at ghim moh.

How to control? Discipline myself n will power lor. Tell myself if i wan slim down pretty then i muz do it no matter wat ESPECIALLY after 2mths i will tell myself THE MORE i cannot gif up if nt previous efforts all gone to drain !! By tis way i will nt eat all those foods i shouldnt eat or eat so much :shyxxx:

Actually ah as u control ur food intake for 1-2mths, u will get used to nt eating so much already. I didnt really control my diet aso lah juz tt appetite drop alot frm previously n i wan to eat fried stuffs dun too often lor. Once in awhile is ok 1 coz when u slim down already n stop taking pills which u still haf to maintain tis diet so cannot b forever dun eat fried foods mah.

For me i really need to watch wat i eat coz i really dun haf the time to exercise so i can only base on my diet..
oic....i'm very lazy & eat a lot also.....haiz....duno i can slim down a nt leh....

LOL me aso lazy ah or should i say i dun haf time to exercise. To b frank thru out my past 3mths wif lost of 15kgs i didnt exercise at all n i am nt kidding coz i dun haf enuff time to slp already moreover excerise. :tlaugh: If u dun exercise then u haf to b strict wif ur diet lor which tt is wat i did thru out past 3mths although once in a blue moon i still eat oily or fried or fattening foods :shyxxx:

hi,every1.....long time didn't came in liao.....from wat i c.xiaoxue really lose a lot since e las time i asw her at e gathering las yr e mae's hse........me also like to lose weight leh.....bt alway end up eat a lot.xiaoxue,wats e timing for ur las meal everyday?u saying eating dinner without rice only soup.so i can drink more than 1bowl,is it?or jus 1bowl?hehe.........
sry huiling, i'm kinda lazy to retype everyday.. lolz.. btw my dinner time is usually before 8pm.. for food intake listen to yr body.. when u know u r full den dun eat anymore.. dun restrict yrself to any food.. juz eat as normal loh.. anyway from wat i remember.. u r kinda slim le yah~ =D

seriously for me too.. i dun have the time to exercise.. i juz walk more.. totally weight loss of 17kg to date.. another 3.5kg to hit 50kg.. but somehow think have to shed till 48kg den can really look slim? i eat as per normal too.. wanna eat wat juz eat.. nv really go ban myself from any food.. but yah unhealthy food dun eat tat much bahz.. with the weight lossing prog coming to a end.. my frd recommened me to go find some alternative way to maintain my figure.. i'm thinking to go gym to firm up my body and build tummy abs! LOLs!! i had reduced my dosage & dr john say if i could exercise slightly @ 20min per day den can achieve better figure~ =X But seriously.. felt better & more confidence with my current self.. managed to fit in S top & 27" bottom already.. but still way to go~!

Gambate with nv say die attitude!! =D

no lah....i quite plump also....nw e tummy more worst.....haiz.......really i can make it lor....bt i b4 pregnant also plump plump....duno can slim down a nt:embarrassed:

then after 8pm wat u eat??i normally eat my dinner 9-10pm leh as i slp e 2-3am.......

then after 8pm wat u eat??i normally eat my dinner 9-10pm leh as i slp e 2-3am.......
i already used to it @ eating before 8pm.. has been a habit.. i seldom eat after 8pm.. if really hubgry the most eat fruit, apple or prune or yogurt.. drink warm water.. i oso slp 2-3am everyday de...

Ya more confident wif current weight n sum of the clothes i cant fit during those days i am b4 pregnant but now can fit in already coz now my weight is even lighter than my pre-pregnancy weight. :wong19:

so i tell e doc that i like to slim down then he will know hw to go abou it?:err:
i tink it better u call 1st coz at times dr john clinic will close early like my last visit on sat i wanted to go at 7.30pm but the nurse say dr john will go off early so ask me come earlier.
