Double dosage is additional another red & transparent pill (15mg) in the evening..
4.5kg in 3 weeks is good enough on single dosage.. 2nd month weight loss will be even slower.. If u can endure that period, u sure gonna make it.. If u can't den nobody can help u le.. I failed twice thus this time I keep telling myself not to let history repeat again~ Dr. John usually dun encourage double dosage.. as for the reason why.. I think i say too much times liaoz.. U shld be able to recall bahz.. My 2nd month on double dosage is only 3.9kg ok.. So u think & compare bahz~ =D
I think our weight really vary.. With lighter clothing or jean loh.. If naked weight even more lighter.. Common sense bahz.. =D
I got another 9.6kg to go till i hit 50kg.. But I'm gonna give myself till May '08 to achieve it.. Weight loss need time.. If ever get impatient abt it, failure rate sure rises... so always be patient.. Best Results need time to prove it yah~

Dr John said normally 1 month lose 2-3kg is good enough liao... So 3 weeks lost 4.5kg is already very very good le... Why must ask for double dosage when you're losing weight? Unless you have something important like taking wedding pics or wedding & want to lose weight faster, then maybe Dr John will help you.. just like Xiaoxue, why she's giving double dosage is she need to take wedding pics in May or June, so she need the double dosage. If you lose weight slower, the risk of having it bounce back is NOT that high... Even Dr John said so.. JMHO though...
Like my case, I'm weighing 56kg now, standing @ 157cm... I told him that I wanna lose @ least till I'm 45 - 46kg (pre-preggie weight) but he rejected... He say when I lost till 50kg, then shall see about it. Think the doctor know best ba... Although I also want to slim down fast, but it's better to heed what Dr John suggested & slowly increase the dosage if needed...

Ya loh LoVeS.. think u're doing well le.. Dr. John say I'm losing weight too fast liaoz oso.. Wanna reduce my dosage le.. Den I say cannot lah.. May muz take wedding pic liaoz.. Den he even ask me wan triple dosage anot.. cos CNY coming sure can lost 5kg de.. But rebounce sure very jialat.. I say i dun wan lah.. double is enough & he oso agreed.. so tat's juz a joke among us..
I'm currently weighing @ 59.5kg & standing @ 159cm.. Lost 11kgs in 2 months time which Dr. commented seem like the record holder in his clinic.. thus he's afraid I will rebounce.. But i ensure him tat I won't loh.. and he oso say medicine only help 50% and it the determination tat do the rest 50% & it's the most impt part...
So gambate mummies~! May we reach our ideal weight someday~!

Ya i knw, yst went to see dr john liao he say 5kg in 3wks is very gd already n in fact he find it abit too much within 3wks as he say the faster u lose weight the risk of bounce back is higher so ask me take things slow. As i mention i wanted to haf double dose but after hearing wat he mention i changed my mind already.
He even say WATCH diet on CNY coz ppl tends to eat more during CNY :tlaugh:

ya i knw abt the bounce back weight thingy as yst i went to see dr john he HIGHLIGHTED to me once again. When i step on the weighting machine he say "75kg very gd ah 5kg within 3wks only when it not even 1mth yet so r u happy?" I replied "not really" :tlaugh: He asked me so wat is the weight lost i wan for the 1st mth? I say at least 6kg? LOLX he say cannot lah too much liao~ Not gd but then i will remain same dosage for u, white 1 30mg per day n blue+transparent twice a day.
He asked me any side effects for me? I say menses TOTALLY screwed up liao, TOTALLY nv come for last mth lor n he say is normal coz i lost weight too fast within 3wks so menses wont come. I ask so tt means wont come for tis mth AGAIN ah? Any harm or not ah if menses keep on dun come? He said nvm one n as long as i lose weight slowly menses should b back to normal.:shyxxx:
