Can anyone advise me what r the procedures that I need to take in order to take action against gynae negligence?
Currently awaiting for the results fm the lab on my placenta which has dried up inside my body during my 19 wks pregnancy preventing nutrients fm reaching my baby, causing me to go into pre-mature labour, went through bad contractions, eight jabs, suffering 3days in hospital and delivering an abnormal foetus which can't survive.
Several check-ups, ultrasound and complains of stomach cramp, bloating of my stomach gas does not trigger any alarm to the gynae previously that I've serious infection and placenta drying up and starting to decompose. instead I was advised to switch to milk instead of non sugar soyabean, which in the first case I was lactose intolerance and insulin resistance.
When I started bleeding, immediately I rushed dwn to see my gynae. when my gynae turned up, a caucasian couple went in first instead of me.
Finally when I met my gynae, his suggestion was to go for an operation within the next 1 hour to stitch bck my cervix which my baby is dropping out.
Not wanting to take the risk again, approached another specialist gynae for high risk preganancy and immediately the prob of infection and placenta dried up was detected thr ultrasound and was warded immed trying to save my life and my baby but it was too late.
I need advice on whether should I be approaching the relevant hospital person-in-charge of the gynae, MOH or medical council?
