numbness in both hands

Any mummies experience numbness in both hands after delivery? Mine started three months after and now left fingers and palm and right have numb and tingling feeling. Donno who to seek for help?

from confinement until now, i experience tightness in my finger joints esp when i just woke up.. so tight until cannot even clench my fingers, esp my last fingers on both hands dunno why also..

Most likely is blood circulation not Gd enough tts y .. try massage .. cos after massage my whole body more relax n flexible . My bones n joints felt better ..

My masseur told me not to clench open n close the palm... She said if lumb lift the hand up

Doc gave me vit b12. Not sure when I will not have this feeling anymore. V uncomfortable!

Me too having this problem. Both hands pain ah.. Initially it was numbness then turn to pain. N fingers cannot clench. I will try to clench it everyday and as u become active during the day, it goes away. Could be related to blood pressure cos recently my gynae detected I got high blood pressure.

I have this prob! Feeling Super with this. Hands numb till pain, every time touch water sure super numb pain. It happens during my confinement. Sigh!
