preg and see someone jump off building - very bad?

dear mummies,

I'm terrified now - i saw someone jump off a block just now - i saw him jump from like 10 or 11th floor corridor and i quickly realised what is happening so hurry closed my eyes and get in my car and drive off.

but i'm very scared now. i know preg shouldnt' see these kind of thing. very worried for my baby...

can someone tell me if everything will be ok??? i am so scared - why did i have to see this????

try to calm yrself. yr feeling will affect yr baby. If still worry, either go temple or church to praying & blessing.

i myself will be frighten even i am not preg...

You need to calm yourself down. And if you really can't do it, pls see a psychiatrist. Whether preggie or not, it is a trauma to witness such scenes. I myself am terrified just to imagine such things. Your mood and feelings will affect your little one. So pls seek help asap if it affects you badly!!
