Pregnant during Seperation Deed

Pregnant with 'boyfriend' while still on seperation deed with ex husband. How ?
If keep the baby, can follow 'boyfriend's' surname? Can register baby birthcert putting 'boyfriend's' surname?

My sister's sil also had the same situation with you a few years ago. I asked her and she told me you can put your bf's name as father instead. No issue with that. =)

Yes I think so can put ur bf name as the father, but hv to register the BC at ICA not the hospital

yes u can, just need to take an oath at at ICA.
but wont be eligible for baby bonus until u n your bf gets married.
