scars on legs

my gal got a lot of small small scars around her legs i think due to insect bites... is there any over the counter effective cream for her?

vitamin E helps lighten scars = u mean discolouration right i presume? Those 10 cents /50 cents size dark red spots/marks left by mosquito bites?

u can get those lotions tat contains vitamin E..

other than tat it will fade in time, just refrain from scratching it further.

I applyed those whitening cream(nivea night whitening cream) to apply on my legs every night.
And slowly you will see the scare marks fading, but it will take a longer time.
