yoga classes!

Prenatal Yoga

woman's life. Our Prenatal VandaYoga helps mothers-to-be create open
and grounded spaces for women to prepare themselves and their bodies
for labour, delivery and motherhood.

Prenatal VandaYoga classes are suitable for pregnant ladies in the
second trimesters to delivery date.

Location: China Square Central (Near Raffles Place / Chinatown MRT)

Time 1: Saturday, 9:00 - 10:00am
Time 2: Sunday, 10:15 - 11:15am

Fees: $300 for group classes for 10 sesssions

Postnatal Yoga

Postnatal VandaYoga classes are similarly based on yoga principles and
are simple and gentle enough to be incorporated into a mother's daily
routine with the newborn.
Postnatal VandaYoga classes can be attended right after birth once the
mother feels comfortable and ready to.

Location: China Square Central (Near Raffles Place / Chinatown MRT)

Time: Sunday, 9:00 - 10:00am

Fees: $300 for group classes for 10 sessions

Thanks for your interest and congrats on your pregnancy!
Is it your first? How far along are you now?
We do not have any trial class available right now.

If you are new to prenatal yoga, you may want to consider a one-time one on one class to experience the benefits of prenatal yoga in easing your pregnancy symptoms and assisting you with childbirth.
It would also help you deal with motherhood later on.

I am personally excited to announce a Prenatal Yoga class held in conjunction with Drypers to commemorate Mothers' day with all soon-to-be mummies! The Prenatal Yoga class is part of a series of Complimentary Activities by Drypers to ensure that soon-to-be mummies are well prepared both mentally and physically for the all important time of your lives.

Date and time: 1st April, Sun, 10:30 a.m. - 12 p.m.

Essentials: Wear comfortable clothes, bring a fresh change and a towel.

Join Vanda Phua and fellow soon-to-be mummies in this yoga session specially tailored for expecting mothers. With 10 years of yoga experience under her belt, Vanda Phua will guide you through a series of safe and gentle movements grounded in yoga principals that will ease childbirth and labour pains, and encourage quicker bodily recovery after childbirth. This class is suitable for expecting mothers in their second and third trimesters all the way till birth. No prior yoga experience necessary.

For those mothers-to-be who prefer an evening timeslot, this is just for u!
It is happening every Sunday 6-7pm.
There will be a trial class on 10 June 2012.
Thereafter, the prenatal yoga classes start from 17 June to 26 August for 10 Sundays.
