Ohhh... But do you know why they say pregnant woman cannot take? Cosusually the servers in the restaurant, when they see that I am pregnant, out of courtesy, they will advise me not to order a particular kind of food that contains dang gui. And ALL the servers in the restaurants will tell me not to order the food that has dang gui, so I am wondering why we can't take Dang Gui?

Hmm...I also dun know...so far my aunt and my cousin they also took dang GUI when they are pregnant....
heard Dat drink dang gui is for "bu" blood
but my gynae got tell mi dun noe from 3x week onwards stop all Chinese

Actually bird nest are all the same cause they are from the same few caves in indonesia or m'sia. it is the brand that makes the bird nest expensive only loh..This is told by some frens who supplies bird nest..it's juz that there are different grades of nest, broken pieces or full cup nest, the prices willl differ.
