What are confinement foods & beverages?

Here the chinese version which the older generation prefer =)

铜锣烧
材料1
全蛋 : 200g
糖 : 50g
蜜糖 : 30g

材料2 (过筛)
蛋糕面粉 : 180g
梳打粉 : 1 tsp

材料3
溶化牛油 : 20g

材料4
水 : 60 – 70g

材料5
豆沙馅 / 草莓馅 : 200g
Fruity Lite : 1 Spoon

方法
1) 把材料1的蛋打至起泡, 加入糖和蜜糖打至浓稠
2) 加入材料2拌均
3) 加入溶化牛油拌均
4) 加入水调稀
5) 盖上布, 放置 ½ – 1小时
6) 以小火烧热不黏底的平底锅 (不用油) (pic 01)
7) 倒入1汤匙面糊 (pic 02) , 煎至起洞洞时(pic 03) 翻面再煎约1 – 2 分钟 (pic 04)
8) 待冷却后, 将1片铜锣烧涂上适量豆沙馅, 再夹上另一片
铜锣烧, 即可享用

well, i noticed most of you mentioned abt pork, chicken, fish... how abt red meat? can we eat red meat during confinement period? I'm still very new and trying to find out since i will be doing confinement on my own.
