There are alot of Phoon Huat branches islandwide.
I normally go to larger supermarkets for certain imported items for baking also :)

& I found a place at Tampines that sells very cheap butter. Same brands as supermarkets but prices are around 30-50% off :)

I actually prefer to go to Sun Lik at Seah Street. I find the shop people more friendly & can ask for recommendations.
