i believe there's some more other brands.. as for quality i am not sure...

I bought mine (Avent breast pads) at Fair Price for $20 per box. Each box contains 6 pieces. I scouted around and the price is the same at Mothercare, Kiddy Place, Isetan, and so forth.

I've used both Avent washable breast pads and Medela's. I strongly recommend Medela's coz they remain very soft after washing many many times The Avent ones tend to become hard and it's uncomfortable to wear them. But Medela's are more expensive. I can't rem the price but you can get them at major departmental stores like Robinsons and Takashimaya at the medela section.
