Wine ok during breastfeeding?

A little bit of wine shd b ok, but when u drink u hv to take note of the time, it shd b after u hv just BF ur bb......so tht by the time u next BF ur bb the content level is not too high.
But it would b better if u dun take, what type of wine u thinking of taking? Issit like DOM ? If it is then, it shd b ok, so long as u add it to the food and cook it bf u consume...........

Hmmm.. I'm not sure if its ok or not. I guess if you drink in moderation should be ok.
I asked the PD as well as my gynae. Both actually said, everything should take in moderation like coffee, tea, wine.
But to be on the safe side, if I drank too much, I will pump out the milk and discard it a couple of hours after drinking, just to ensure.
