Wondering? Can i Still Continue taking Fenugreek if im Pregnant ?

Hi,
wondering if anybody could help me.
My baby will be 7mths this month and ive just found out that im pregnant again....
I have been taking fenugreek to increase my milk flow, but ever since ive found out im preggers again, i have stop.
Is it ok, to continue taking it....
Anyone....can gimme ur 2cents worth....

Fenugreek is not suitable for preggies. It can cause uterine contractions which may lead to miscarriage or pre-mature labour.

erm just to add, some of these 'milk encouraging' stuff are really just placebos... as long as you obey the rules of demand = supply and let trust your body to produce enough, you will.

if you're preggy... those rules go out the window. Supply will start dropping at about the 2nd trimester. 1st trimester it will start tasting really weird.
