U jus need to relax during the procedure coz kalau u nervous nanti terkemam sakit..Jus tell the doc to put more lubricant je jadi tak sakit..hehe
yup, am aware of the swine flu case. Guess main symptom is the high fever. Wait for arabjr to reply. But then again it could just be a normal case of fever or swine. So one can never tell unless doc diagnose u with one. So kalau sakit fever pegi jumpa doc.
Then there is the flu jab. Get one kalau worried or u are at risk. My hb who often flies out got one last mth. Now he is worried coz slalu naik SQ, meaning, the cabin crews who may serve the passengers manalah tau dah ada the flu. Think my kids and I should have one too, just in case.

Wanna ask for your opinion psl rumah..as this is my 1st time buying a flat..so better ask some questions which im in doubt..
1) just want to know if we use agent to buy rumah resale can i still get the housing grant from HDB?
2) which is better, buying through HDB or by agent?
as my hubby tak nak cari rumah pat tmpt lain as he still want to find a flat somewhere near his parents house..da try apply thru HDB alot of times..when comes to our appt date, the unit and the flat which we want, surely been booked..haiz~ my elder sis, my adik n even my elder bro who is getting married next year da ada rumah sendiri sei..left me alone..still stuck here with my in law..i really can't bear to stay here anymore..can't stand their nonsense..

enflor- i bkn nurse.. dulu i keje clinic assistant pat private clinic so hav to do procedures yg simple2 la lyk ECG, glucotest, etc.. yg lebih2 tu doc yg uat. hehehe.. skrg ni i keje pat hospital in ofis so i liaise alot with the doctors incl. raising my concerns over certain matters.
lis- i dun think going to jurong birdpark can affect anything as long as u take precautions. I dh ask my doc dat time with regards to swine flu symptoms. Actually dia nye symptoms sama lyk normal seasonal flu. starts with sorethroat, flu, etc... ada org do develop fever but ada yg tk. so bila u flu, den jmpa doc cpt2 coz virus H1N1 pun seasonal flu type jgk.. the thing abt this virus is that it is lyk a normal flu but it's juz that within a week, u dh start flu, cough, fever and breathless. The swine flu virus attcks your lungs mcm pneumonia gitu so u tk le breathe betul. Something lyk SARS but difference is SARS transmit by water droplets (jarak dekat), swine flu transmit by air (airborne). kira mcm kes, let's say u dlm mrt n ada org ada swine flu, u mite get it oso coz d virus is airborne mcm normal flu n fever gitu (kan senang jangkit). dats y if a person on a plane dpt swine flu, d company try to track down d rest of d crews and passengers.
oh ya, flu vaccine yg used for travel does not immune you from swine flu (ni i dh ask my doc).. dat vaccine is different.. swine flu lum ada vaccine lagi dats y kita semua on high alert coz tk jadi mcm SARS lagi.

hi babygerl- i understand how u feel. Nothing beats the feeling of living in your own house..
i beli my house through an agent. Grant still dapat as per norm. rumah resale ni mcm shopping, if u nmpk ada yg berkenan n value for money, den u close d deal. the down side is of course u kena pay duit agent at the end of the deal la...
pada i hdb selections can get quite limited so i think u go for both.. hdb and agent.. mana yg u berkenan den u close deal je.. of course u kena find a trusted agent la..
Babygerl. your case nak beli rumah thru HDB same mcam one of my saudara. Dah nak dekat appt, not more units available or left yg tak berkenan. Like what arabjr said get a trusted agent. why not the ones who have done for some for your close friends or relatives. Mana tau thru agent cepat sikit.
arabjr, pegi holiday mana ? I pi Msia aje next wk, most days kat Kuantan beaches sana. Nak try gi damansara or bangsar kalau husband I rajin nak rounding2 the other side. you tahu anything about the place esp the makan place. Think i wanna try to PM yaz this wk. Dia kan orang sana.

enflor- kuantan tu i stakat pegi singgah jek.. tk pernah p hols pat sane (so u faham2 je lerr part souvenirs tu.. heheh) i nak p malaysia eleh.. stakat genting highlands and kl je.. hubby tk pernah p genting.. hehehe... i tk sabar nak shopping sakan pat sana.. hahahha...
nur-irfan- bagus if u take precautions.. but keep in mind dat the virus is not only at d zoo.. everywhere pun ada... so if u naik bus, mrt, p shopping malls ke.. jaga2 je.. tapi jgn lerr jadi kiasu eh..

babygerl- duit agent tk salah i 1% of the house amt. tu pun pay aft case close la. if u nak, i can recommend my agent (yg i bought my house) and my sis agent. My sis pun aru buy a flat lum dpt kunci pun..

ye ke? slamat i tak amik dia. his sedara is my sis-in-law.. no wonder he's doing so well. ish tak baik tipu org.. 1st timer slalu bleh amik HDB loan pe.. bank loan is very expensive.. dh la tipu u, u plak kena pay his agent fee lagi kan... i dun trust these people... mine is Kak Fatimah... she's not d high key top notch agent...
