I just made some apple crumble cos my i'm hungry, i've got loads of apples at my house & it's easy to make (less than 30min) :)

Quick & easy apple crumble:

What you need:
6 aluminium dish
2 fresh apples (peeled & sliced)
75g plain flour
50g sugar
50g butter (hard)

Method:
1. place sliced apples in aluminium dish, cover the bottom of the dish fully with apples
2. mix flour & sugar
3. rub butter into flour/sugar mixture
4. place 2 spoons of the above mixture on top of the apples in aluminium dish (cover the apples), distribute the rest of the mixture among the 6 dishes
5. place in oven to bake for 15 min at 180 degrees celcius

YUMMY!

Bubbleblue, use normal all purpose white flour (plain flour as she mentioned) for the crumble. Self-raising flour isn't suitable for crumbles.

You guys should try this with other fruits, especially berries. Equally yummy!!!! Serve it straight from the oven with a dollop of ice cream and it's just heavenly! :p
