my mum come here veri often so my girl ok to be with her alone.
the rest who seldom come by like my mil, wan to carry nikki oso no luck.

No lah the shoes i deleted liao cos the feedback not good. this one the soft leather shoes are new one. these i thought the price quite good compare to outside which are selling at 29 plus onwards...to 40 plus also have wor.

bo bian de. she refused to sit in a stroller. anyway i dun noe how to handle a stroller up the escalator oni lifts for me. :001_302:
but har these 2 days we put her on a stroller again.. seems ok.
months before i can still carry nikki for a short distance.
now she's like 14kg over. i can hardly carry her le.
hubby keep asking how come i give birth to a child where i can't carry de or handle the weight.

cant carry her oso not ur fault ma.

so either i'm too hungry before dinner or too full after dinner to carry her oso beside her weight issue.

she usually ok with everyone.. tat y when almod carry her ytd, she cry, i was so surprised lohz..
even her fav grandpa n daddy carry her, she oso not neccessary wan lohz.. she'll ok initially, den next min cry liaoz..

oh but my friend told me not true that the agent do for free.
advice for free only ba.
those reduction in comm is for the seller side 2% to 1%. but not all agent.
he was telling me some owners sell on their own without agent.
they will advertise online, hdb website or newspaper.
