2 years old already still giving him porridge and not rice? do add fruits in between meals for vitamins and healthy digestion.

For me, besides the carbos, he will also get servings of fruits & raw veg sticks depending on what we stocked up on during our weekly marketing trip. One serving is 1 small bowl. This week, we'll be snacking on golden melon, seedless crimson grapes, kiwi berries and apples.

I also serve yoghurt or cheese to my kids as teatime snacks.

I find the steamed cake sold outside too sweet so I usually make them myself.

Iggy's meal times are 8am, 11am & 4pm. Usually he gets biscuits, cookies, fruits, youghurt, cheese, or fried omelette for snacking.

my child jus passed 2 yr old. since 1+yr old, he eats anything n everything. 3 meals either rice or noodles. snacks usu breads, cornflakes, cakes, biscuits, bao, fruit juices, milo, jellies n fruits. once a while, ice cream.

i think u can intro ur child to more food alr. but try to hv a balanced diet though. n dun intro too much fried stuff, e.g. fast food.
