you can drink dom / alcohol... but for the next 2hrs+ from that drinking, don't b'feed / pump. as there will be lil' traces of alcohol that will pass thru' b'milk. the lapse of 2hrs+ will allow the alcohol to pass thru milk production but it doesn't stay in it... so it's fine. but note...

ds was with tian hsia when in k1/k2, as he needed more exposure of the language. last Nov~Dec; swimming was a 10 lessons package to teach him the basic skill before he started P1 this year, as swimming is part of PE in school. now it's junior guitar class at yamaha every sunday for 1/2hr. and...

i have been with my gynae (Joan Thong) since i was 22yrs old and she's with the Raffles Medical group... when i had ds in 2000, (no Raffles Hospital then) i chosen to give birth at MtE, b'cos the MRT was nearby and the prenatal classes were held there... and of course i did the hospital tour too...

dearie, don't sound so "discouraged", we are all different from different walks of life and of course brought up differently... you may like sweet while others prefer salty :wink: or sour, etc... we are just merely opening up and sharing views :) i help in a childcare, supervise in bible...

errr... if it's really stained, tears, fade = worn-out... :nah: i don't think they should be given away, just use at home as rags, polishing stuffs then throw away, etc... i do help to organise collection of good condition wearable clothes for the unprivileged... and it's really sad and...
