Yes, you can get it over the counter from the pharmacist at Guardian, Unity etc. Sometimes, they'll ask you what're u taking it for. Just tell them it's for indigestion coz' that's the main purpose people take domperidone. Increasing BM ss is a side effect of the medicine. :wong29:

my 4.5 mth gal usually drinks 150ml but sometimes, she can finish 180ml. She weighs 6.9kg @ 4 mths.

Hi mummies Do you all hv a fixed schedule for pumping? I find it challenging to stick to a schedule coz' my gal sleeps at different times. I try to pump 3-4 times per day but usually when i'm free i.e. no fixed schedule. Will this affect supply? TIA :wong19:

Hi Read that our milk supply is supposed to be established by week 6-8. Is it still possible to increase milk supply once supply is supposedly established? My baby is now 12-week old.
