I've had that for quite a while - weeks, mebbe months even. Sometimes quite bad I can't walk have to sit / lie down till feel better. Asked my doctor about it - he said it's normal, not to worry.

I only experienced my first baby movement on 20w2d. Heard some people even later. No need to worry...

I'm also hoping for natural delivery. In fact thinking whether can do without the epidural cos heard so much about the side effects! But worry the pain too much for me...

I took starfruit juice when I was down with flu/cough earlier - about a cup a day. Find it helps. But later was told starfruit is cooling so best not to take too much. I guess in moderation ok ba.

For me, my bump is not the issue - can still cover up even at almost 21w unless i wear tighter clothes. it's my chest area that's causing me not to be able to wear my dresses! and bigger breasts means i look vv fat! Esp since I'm the plump plump type in the first place... *sob*

My dress was from Paris hahaaa... Went on holiday in May and bot but never got to wear yet... Hee...

I feel that I ballooned a lot in the last 2 weeks. Attending a wedding lunch this sat - dress I was planning to wear and tried on ok with some allowance 2 weeks ago now cannot wear anymore *sob*. But my weight gain is only 0.2kg - why??? hmmm...
