i think its quite normal? i'll still take the supplement.. but i feel better when my body gets the vits from food. not artificially.

personally also find that feel more *ahem* refreshed after eating fresh fruits or taking fresh milk rather than popping pills!

tt time, esp 3rd tri, i hope i can LS everyday cos i constipate until sibeh jialat no matter hw much water n fruits i ate lehhh... and hor i everyday crave for FRUITS and the fruits must be sour, tt explains y i ate the same fruits: GREEN apples, ORLENG, KIWI!!!! LOL!!!!!!! if the orleng is sweet deee i dun eat, kiwi sweet deeee i also dun eat.. HAHAHAHAHA!!!!

HAHAHAHAHA!! i rmb tt day when he reached the hospital, he kept whine whine, reached clinic nearly cry, once we stepped into consultation started to cry. PD checked him, he cry v loud, injected him he SCREAMED!!!!!! den ahlao carried him up aft jab, he stared at PD! PD wanna play with him he pushed his hand away! -.-||

ehhh i told ahlao tt b4 and when he feed ash, omg! my 1 spoon = his 2-3 spoon loooo... haha! i feed, ash will eat 1 bowl, he feed, will end up both father n son playing or watch tv tgt! :nah:
