Hi Diza and shalynn, where did you get the akar fatimah? My aunties ckp kat mekah aje boleh dapat, is there any shop yg jual kat sini?

My aunt yg beli fr0m mekah.. the akar fatimah that i have waS actually paSt d0wn.. fr0m my aunt, t0 cuzzinS, t0 my SiS.. & then me.. hehe...

I S0aked the akar fatimah at 37weekS.. at firSt, about 2dayS after i S0aked bunga tu dear husband Start kembang.. then i Sh0w my m0m dia kata.. petua 0rg2 tua.. nie tanda2 dah nk dkt berSalin.. perut i pun dear husband very unc0mfy.. and at day 3.. i pun give birth.. and that bunga jadi really kembang..

thx for the tips! btw did u drink the water?? did some research and some women drank the water to help them through labour pasal akar tu contain some chemicals that can help with the contractions.

like wat ShalynnShafii said, it can be found in Mekah. kalau u ada any kenalan going Umrah or Haji, kirim diorang lah.. For me, my friend gave it to me. Apparently, his mother bought a few and so he had extra to give away.

I tk drink the water.. c0z like geli.. thereS like Small biji2 yg jatuh fr0m the akar.. but what i did waS 0n that day bila i tgk the akar mcm lain mcm.. the akar kembang Sgt2.. & my perut pun mcm tk Sedap.. i amik the water i Sapu kat my tummy & Selawat... kebetulan that day i gi check up.. S0 0n my way t0 gynaeS clinic..waS 0kie..everytink waS fine.. dh Sampai.. while waiting f0r my turn t0 c the gynae.. i raSe Sluar i baSah Sgt2.. my water bag burSt.. my wh0le pantS kuyup.. S0 ruSh t0 h0Spital.. alhamdullilah.. the lab0ur waS Sm00th.. the pr0ceSS takeS abt 5hrS..

I tk tau pun pasal e akar fatimah.. So there is no way to get it at shops here eh?? anw,i tk tau whether my contractions is e real thing or false alarm.. Starts at 10 plus tadi.. At e top part. Sakit sgt. Then it went away. Then ard 12 start again but tis time ard e middle part n even spread to e back.. Abeh mcm rase nk buang air besar.. Managed to buang.. Does all tis mean labour is comin soon?? confused & nervous la...:/

Nak tanya. Ada tak yang give birth kt NUH? How was the experience? I'm giving birth there and so far the service had been good.

Anyway ladies, Ramadhan is coming and I was wondering any of you had experience fasting while in the third trimester??

Hi diza! Im 32 weeks! I was fasting during my third trimester jst two weeks ago. So far no problem. In fact baby was still active during the day. Cld feel quite a lot of movements from the baby. So i feel that there shldnt be a problem when ramadan comes. Insya'allah the baby will be fine despite fasting

Hi mummies.. Anw was officially 38weeks on fri.. Tot i was gg into labour seh coz was having cramps on & off.. But aft i buang air besar semue..felt better.. So false alarm je.. Panic jap my hubby.... anw,yup bulan ramadhan is comin.. My mum kate better if i dun puase coz my due date da dkat. But i guess i ll c hw it goes.. InsyAllah if i can i tink i ll.. wow.. u never have any fainting spells? i told my hubby abt me wanting to fast and he told me not to.. this is or first baby so he was worried if baby gets hungry n etc... ntah lah.. but i am definitely trying to fast cuma tak tahu i can tahan or not.

Sure.... semue tk sabar nk mit si baby girl ni.. Dia je lum ready yet nk kuar.. Too comfortable inside agaknye.. .. 12 More days to edd. Hopefully tkyah induce..Anw,im under private.. Shud b takin A1 coz i nk & nid hubby to stay over.. Though financial is abit tight at e moment..hubby said we ll try to manage since its our first child.. Si baby gerl ni confirm both sides pamper & spoil nye.. First granddaughter for both sides.... Nari my mum bake kuih tart & suji for me coz i rase nk mkn.. M soo gonna miss being pregnant..haha..

hi babe.. yup best baby girl.. geram tgk baju2 dia.. tkle stop beli gitu. but my hubby bising coz kate baby grow cpat.. true la but hard to nt buy la..hehehe.. actually asalkan baby healthy i pun da hapi. update me once u know e gender k..
actually at e moment i stil deciding which class. can save skit if i take 4 bedded.. but i very dependent kat my hubby during tis pregnancy, so entahla eh.. i pun doa2 i boleh normal delivery & everything ll go on smoothly. insyAllah..
ni 9 more days to my edd but still no sign yet. baby girl too comfortable kat dalam agaknye.. going for my 39 weeks check up tis fri.. gynae said ll do scan & ctg.. harap2 baby da engage then.. kalo boleh i tknk induce.. so hopefully baby girl ll kuar by her due date.. dia tgh tgu bulan puasa agaknye.. and will definitely share e news once she's out..
anw, to other mummies yg da 'pop'.. i nk tanye pasal e confinement la. do u mummies follow strictly for 44 days? n ape yg boleh & tk boleh buat? thks alot for your replies in advance..

Baju2 baby girl mcm2 style n color...semua cute2...geram kan hee hee agaknya baby u nk jadi baby Ramadhan la...sebab tu dia tunggu tu...Insya Allah who knows this weekend she decides to sambut Ramadhan by presenting herself to u n hubby... I doakan semoga u blh deliver normal n semoga u n baby sihat nanti...yep will update when I noe my baby's gender...lagi 2 weeks till my appt! Tk sabar! Abt the pantang 44 hari tu.. t0 be h0neSt, i d0nt really f0ll0w( up t0 individual).. the 1St week lepaS i kluar h0Spital, iS really the buSieSt tyme.. nk kena gi ICA buat birth cert, baby injecti0n, my p0St natal check up & StuffS.. S0 byk kluar.. i bawak baby kluar.. taP i alek b4 Senja.. aS my mum SuperStiti0uS ckp.. badan kita maSi wangi & baby maSi baru.. S0 benda2 mahkluk haluS nie Suka.. i dunn0 h0w true la.. taP makan i jaga.. av0id the Seaf00dS & air Sejuk... then bila i kluar.. my nenek Sur0 i letak benang kat my ibu jari.. tak0t bentan.. hmph.. i juz ikut jek beb...
