Yes I do give my boy massage, esp when he was btw a few days to 4 months old, before he knows how to turn over. It was the best time to massage.

After he becomes more mobile, it's a bit challenging.

As I'm a massage instructor, I applied my knowledge in massaging him so I didn't send him anywhere.

Massaging your babies is a great bonding experience btw mom & baby or dad & baby. It calms them, promotes better sleep, relieves colic and make them feel loved & secured.

now i'll still do massage when he's co operative. Mostly his thighs and foot massage daily before bed. He loves it, can smile when i'm doing it.

My bbs love massages. I still give them massage now, esp my younger boy who is 2 this year. He'll always ask me to 'pok pok' him esp after his bath.

I am giving massage to my ds from birth... I heard that massage should be done correctly using fingers or palm for different places( to apply correct pressure). I watched Johnsons massage CD & I tried my best to do massage accordingly...
I use Olive oil, which is available in any cosmetic shop... Which is not cooller compared to other baby oils....
