dunno if there's a brand more superior than others or not.

rusk or biscuits, both r equally heaty. must let them drink lots of water aft that. n dun give everyday.

i gave my boy heinz rusks (stick form, easier for him to hold) when he's 6months old. find that it's v hard. will need A LOT of saliva b4 the rusk will soften. takes v long to finish 1. so if ur bb is v impatient type, he/she might get angry. mine did. so my hb had to bite off the ends which is extremely hard.

recently, i bought gerber graduates finger food biscuits. this 1 too soft. a bit of saliva, it'll break into small pieces. v messy. but my boy loves it. can finish 1 v fast n easily.

i personally prefer stick types than round ones 'cause easier for him to hold.

I used both rusks and biscuits.

Rusks are hard as good when teething. Having baby bite down helps the pain but very messy.

Also used baby bites as they are soft and dissolve easily in mouth.

Prefer baby bites as easier to clean.

JTS the bb biscuit is very heaty.
Those little white biscuit that looks like bun can be found in bakery hop is which better.

But of all like all things if consume more is heaty.

Can try to switch to white bread with high fiber/calcium occasionally.
