C-section mummy: aft how long den haf ur 2nd baby?

hi mummys, how long or how soon u haf a 2nd baby aft c-section? or mayb bcos of too scare of c-section again so juz stop at 1 baby?

Erm... I wanted one when DD was ard 2yrs old but no news, so waited until 3yrs+ then popped another one.. :p

No.1 & 2 are both C-sect! :)

For both is half. I took epidural for the 1st. Wanted to try spinal for the 2nd but couldn't so went bk to epidural as well. LOL.

Currently preg n when my dd is born my #1 will b exactly 2yrs old~ both will b c-sect~

Erm.. Both is inject to the spine or ard there.. Not too sure wat's the difference but heard from other mums, spinal seems to be less painful & cheaper. But to me, I feel epidural less painful. LOL.

ur hb got went in to acc u? for me, e 1st injection on my spine is not epidural. e 2nd injection den is epidural. scally e 1st injection is e spinal tt u've mentioned!:eek: i'm considering mayb will go for GA if i wan to haf a 2nd child.

Yeah, DH was wif me throughout the 2 deliveries. I didn't really feel the injection for epidural coz oredi waited too long until I'm pretty sian, just wanna get the bb out only. LOL.

But as I was saying for no.2, I tried the spinal one for like 15-20mins, the doc trying to find the rite position to inject.. with ur body curled up like a prawn and waterbag burst.. Erm.. I was pretty sianz oredi.. In the 1st place, I tot it was normal for him to kept on poking soo many times but in the end found out he couldnt find the rite position.. TT's y taking so long. LOL.

Dun go GA.. Recovery time much longer and can't see ur child immediately.. Go for epidural la. Aiyoh. Or even better, natural! Heh.

epidural is gd cos can c bb aft birth la but e curl up like a prawn injection part qte scary. my gynae cfm tt i cant nature birth so no need to think. haha:tlaugh:
y GA's recovery time will b longer? tt time beside me got a mummy oso c-section but is GA wake up liao keep crying say very pain. i wonder izit GA pain than epidural?

1st child natural but assisted (forcep) & i took epidural so NO pain AT ALL for 1st pregnancy:Dancing_wub:

sorry arh, my dear friends,

just side track a little can??

can i know those mummies who had forceps delivery or any natural births, those tat need to CUT or PERINEAUM TEAR, anyone experienced 2 times???? Meaning, 1st child is CUT or TEAR, 2nd child oso CUT or TEAR? Does doc cut the same place???? Or different???

Just curious.....a bit scary hor....if cut same place.....

Erm.... For 1st one, my waterbag burst no contractions, then admitted to hospital tt time was 11pm, doc said wait see cervix got dilate or not.. was induced as well so waited until next day 12pm still 1cm then emergency C-sect lor. Tis epidural never poke and poke, jus once. Sianz coz waited for so long, hungry and sleepy. :tlaugh:

2nd one, was also waterbag burst no contractions nor pain as well. Tis one I opted for C-sect, so the sian part was waiting for the doc to gib spinal injection.. I waited for him to do it for almost 15-20mins still not successful. Jus imagine curling up like a prawn for tt long wif waterbag burst.. In the end, then he tried epidural. Erm.. after curling up for 20mins or longer, I no longer feel "pain", more like CAN U PLS GET IT DONE NOW type of feeling.. :tlaugh:

I heard from doc say GA will be more painful than epidural ones, not sure y though.. :)
