I suggest you check with your regular PD on what to give your kid, in case of seasickness ... people who cannot overcome this condition could end up feeling nauseous, vomitting all day.Charbabe said:Hi,

We got down to Penang for lunch with our big BIG grp then set off to the shopping ctr which gave us only 45mins to shop .... how to? So I didnt get to visit any special attraction nor got time buy any Penang product. How to drag my kids around, comb the whole shopping ctr in 45mins? End up we stay put in a toy store while HB grabbed an ice-cream.Had been on Star Cruise Virgo to Penang & Phuket recently.
My activities is like eat, sleep, eat, sleep, totally relaxed.
It included breakfast, lunch, high tea, dinner and supper, so eating non-stop.
As for in the ship, we played arcade, watch movies(not much choices though) and also their special shows every night. The crews will also organise bingo game, dances, art & craft, alot of activities you can feel free to join in.
I would say it's a great experience totally, especially for a first-time cruiser.
