Do scan really confirm baby gender?

Ya ya healthy is most important.. but u oso tend to be curious whether gal or boy haha.. so that i know whether i m talking to gal gal or boy boy ma.. although either one is ok for me since this is my 1st bb!

During the 16weeks scan, we were told it is a boy but during the detailed scan, we were told it is a girl and both times the legs are wide open. Keke~

For now it's a girl cause gynae said it superceded the previous scan.. Don't know whether he'll tell me it's a boy for the next visit or not.. Lolz~ If so, I'll have headache cause I bought some clothing already..

that's what i was told too...never take all the previous scan seriously cos when it come to detailed scan, it can be totally different

It should be quite accurate if its a boy. Actually i know of some couples who don't scan for gender so that there will be a surprise haha.

Me too...during 16 week was told expecting a boy but detailed scan showed 3 bright white line between legs which indicate girl. A bit disppointed cos my no.1 is a gal, but my gal was so happy cos she is going to have a sister to play with. Healthy is more important.

I'm a 1st time mummy.Very excited when i get to know my baby gender but then my sis in law tell me bout her experience(many yrs ago) scan mis predict the gender of her baby.Scared after telling people then got mistake more paiseh.i know now tech very good but sometimes got mistakes also hehe
Only go for scan once will go again in 4 weeks time.

for me the scans is accurate4my 3pregnancies.most confirm one w/o mistake is20weeks.

wooo.. keep us updated! hehe my mum said i should start buying baby's stuff around 5 mths preg. but i guess if i know the gender.. i will look around for pass down 1st hehehe..

My thinking is, can get home wear clothing from others since dont need to wear so nice at home (at most buy a few pieces) and buy gai-gai clothing cause go out can wear nice nice.. Keke~
